Sr Analyst, Response, Investigations & Support Center
- Runs data analysis to identify internal theft activity via 20-20, 10-10 and other information resources. Partners with field leaders by delivering actionable, meaningful investigative generations.
- Conduct Organized Retail Crime (ORC) investigations via KTR analysis, video review, evidence retention, networking with law enforcement and other retailers, and communication with field team.
- Produce AP reports which provide actionable information to corporate, field and store teams.
- Conduct remote video review focusing on external theft activity in selective locations based on KTR and cycle count trends.
- Monitors control substance counts to proactively identify suspected drug losses / diversion, and communicate to field leaders.
- Conduct internal investigations, including phone interview, as needed.
- Support the stores / field AP by troubleshooting CCTV and EAS issues and escalating with service partners via Service Channel.
- Communicate with corporate partners as needed on related drug loss and internal thefts as needed.

Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills are preferred. The incumbent will be required to use web-based forms for case management, where spelling and/or ability to use spell check is necessary. Possess the ability to follow and apply electronic communication including, but not limited to: e-mail, texting, etc.

Compensation
The typical starting pay range for this position is between $74,000 - $85,000 annually, although wages can vary based on experience and geography.
