Job Summary
The Sr. Data Analyst will assume responsibility for marketing and product analytics, providing thought leadership on the best ways to optimize marketing programs and digital consumer experiences. They will identify and drive test and learn opportunities, tagging & online measurement, and develop predictive models and analytics deliverables related to various digital product and marketing programs. This position will also be responsible for the data, tracking and reporting tied to our pharmacy communications program, and will work frequently in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Journey Optimizer. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the marketing analytics team and support a variety of programs critical to Rite Aid’s success.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collect, report, and analyze data from various sources, such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, GCP, and other systems.
  • Develop Test vs Control measurement and report out efficacy of various internal tests.
  • Develop predictive models (ML, NN, etc.) to improve marketing targeting and other business processes.
  • Drive standardization of coding practices and automation of various processes and reports.
  • Utilize data visualization skills to create impactful presentations that clearly communicate insights across tracking, reporting and measurement for any level of the organization.
  • Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in data analytics.

7 years of experience in Marketing and/or Digital Analytics, with progressive experience leading test and learn analysis, developing statistical models, cohort analysis, and developing reporting.

5 years of experience in SQL, Excel, and Python for data science and analytics

5 years of experience in GCP and a visualization software like Google Looker or Tableau

3 years of experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch (preferred); Universal Analytics or GA4 and Google tag manager (acceptable)
