Job Summary
The purpose of the Replenishment Department Manager is to direct all activities of the Replenishment functions. Coordinate with DC Management and Operations Leaders to set up and implement systems and procedures that support Replenishment and operation efficiencies. The incumbent will be recognized as the subject matter expert in Replenishment and Manhattan warehouse management system (invoicing, wave, allocation, task management, receiving, put-away, picking and shipping). The associate is required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes. Frequent independent judgments are essential. Pay: $72,000 - $80,000+ DOE Schedule: Monday - Friday (or as required by business needs) Status: Exempt
Job Responsibilities

•Research, analyze and interpret WMS configuration options and use configuration to optimize operation flow, making recommendations to add value to maximum performance levels and customer satisfaction while yielding tangible cost savings
•Work with operations management to set up and maintain WMS locations, location classes, zones and master strategies for system operation and oversee the training of employees in the use of WMS and RFdevices
•Maintain all user, equipment, product and facility parameter set ups with the WMS (printers, print server, scanners, computers, networking, etc)
•Work closely with IT Department to manage archiving routines, data warehousing for reporting and general status of the Application and DB servers; including but not limited to Handling Services, Shutdown Procedures, File Maintenance and testing system updates
•Leads all aspects of assigned projects and priorities within WMS to implementation
•Troubleshoot and resolve all systems issues and escalate to vendor when applicable
