Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Coordinator, Pharmacy Acquisitions is to assist the acquisitions department through customer outreach and supporting the acquisitions process. This remote position is intended to help transition customers after an acquisition to Rite Aid to help maximize potential retention, script growth, margin and profitability. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of Rite Aid's brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.
Job Responsibilities

•Perform all functions and duties of a Coordinator, Pharmacy Acquisitions to ensure prompt and friendly outreach to customers after an acquisition with non-clinical outreach calls using numerous internal applications.
•Perform prompt customer merge process to ensure efficient transition of care to our pharmacy after an acquisition by communicating effectively with the customer and store associates.

•Assist with Store Closure activity

•Assist with Acquisitions Department administrative tasks.

•Assist with Drug Information Center tasks if additional during off-peak weeks (flu shot reminders, recalls, MTM billing reports, chat counts, call counts)

Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Area of Specialization LICENCES/CERTIFICATIONS Not Applicable WORK EXPERIENCE Experience 6 practical hours working in retail and/or pharmacy operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful achievement of Rite Aid’s Pharmacy Technician Certification Pharmacy Technician certification where required by state law. National PTCB certification Office/admin experience
