Job Summary
The Clinical Pharmacist position is responsible for providing clinical support to customers through all clinical programs offered to our customers including but not limited to adherence, immunizations or MTM interventions. This position is responsible for ensuring the compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
  • Support efforts on customer whole health by providing healthcare services offered (e.g., patient consultation, medication management, immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient outcomes services) in compliance with regulatory compliance and Rite Aid policies and procedures.
  • Engage with customers telephonically and in-person by anticipating needs and proactively offering services.
  • Provide clinical expertise and utilize decision making skills to evaluate and discuss MTM and other healthcare opportunities with customers, while collaborating with prescribers.
  • Participate in required learnings, trainings, and certification programs as assigned and compliance related activities and task throughout execution of all job duties.
