Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to obtain, provide, analyze and evaluate data to support the financial and operational decisions of the Rite Aid Market Access and Pharmacy departments. Frequent independent judgments are essential.
Job Responsibilities
•Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and reporting related to prescription reimbursement and revenue projections against PBM contracts, effectively compile and communicate findings to leadership or stakeholders verbally, visually, and in writing •Mine prescription claims level data, build queries, and maintain analyses, models, or dashboards to support special projects/initiatives, pharmacy revenue assurance, and process optimization •Implement continuous monitoring procedures for payer contracts to identify problematic performance, supplemented with actionable levels of supporting detail while working with any third-party auditors and internal Third Party A/R team •Research and analyze reimbursement methodologies, evaluate the impact of reimbursement changes, and educate/support the PBM/Network/Health Plan teams •Serve as a knowledge resource concerning pharmacy data analytics tools and data structures for the organization while validating different systems and platforms, identifying any anomalies •Solve complex analytical and data problems while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks •Adaptable, open to change, and able to work in ambiguous situations and respond to new information or unexpected circumstances

Retail Pharmacy, Google Big Query and VLooker
Tableau experience
PBM, Healthcare or Retail Pharmacy


COMPENSATION

The typical starting pay range for this position is between $75-90k annually, although wages can very based on experience and geography.
