Manager, Compliance Operations
- Support key compliance operations functions including compliance policy & procedure development, management of the conflicts of interest process, OIG sanctions screens, and other key areas.
- Develop, maintain, and continually improve compliance systems, including methods to track and archive compliance related activities across the enterprise.
- Support key compliance investigations when applicable.
- Identify areas of compliance vulnerability and implement necessary measures to address them in support of strategic initiatives, drive performance, innovative product/solution developments, and process improvements to ensure that the elements of a compliance program are effectively established for key regulatory areas applicable to the business.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce adherence to applicable regulations through relevant monitoring activities. This may be accomplished through collaboratively engaging other team members (for example, field compliance monitoring) to assist in applicable program elements.
- Develop analytics, tracking tools, and process enhancements.
- Escalate to senior & executive management, when appropriate areas of non-compliance. Keep senior / executive management informed on regulatory and compliance-related matters.
- Keep abreast of current regulations impacting the business and effectively communicate those changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Interact with regulators regarding adherence to regulations when applicable.
- Provide regular reports and updates as needed or when called upon to do so.
