Sr. Engineer, Identity and Access Management
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops enterprise-wide standards and policies for customer and workforce identity and access management.
- Collaborate & Devise intelligent solutions for challenging problems surrounding the various CIAM processes.
- Solid grasp of Single sign-on, Multi-factor Authentication, Identity lifecycle, Roles Management, Entitlement management, Identity Governance, DevOps.
- Build on Rite Aid’s leading landscape, including: SailPoint, CyberArk, GCP, Terraform, Gitlab, Auth0, Okta CIC, PingOne, Transmit Security, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Automate the implementation of IAM processes and the underlying infrastructure through CI/CD pipelines and do everything you can to develop a fast, secure and stable release cycle.
- Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation for projects or internal processes.
- Advocate secure computing practices and procedures and communicate Information Security best practices throughout the company.
- Maintain active and direct interaction with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our suppliers to get the most out of the products.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Computer Science, IT, Business or equivalent work or educational experience

WORK EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience in Creating and maintaining an identity and access management program
Required
Knowledge and experience with GCP, Terraform, Git, Azure DevOps, and various CI/CD tools

Knowledge and experience with implementing CIAM functionalities
Required
Experience with Auth0 or Okta CIC and PingOne
Preferred
Privileged Access Management systems such as CyberArk
Preferred
Multi-factor and SSO systems such as Cisco Duo, and Azure AD
